Concrete Finisher – Join a Team That Builds More Than Just Roads

Are you an experienced concrete worker with a keen eye for detail and a passion for quality? We’re looking for a skilled Concrete Finisher to join our team and play a key role in delivering high-quality civil construction and maintenance projects across the region.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for placing, levelling and finishing concrete — including exposed aggregate, stamped and stencilled finishes — as well as assisting with general civil works. You’ll work with a dedicated team, contribute to essential infrastructure, and take pride in creating long-lasting results that benefit the community.

What you’ll bring:

• Proven experience in concrete works, including decorative finishes

• Ability to plan daily tasks, calculate materials, and complete work to a high standard

• Current MR class driver’s licence

• Construction White Card (obtained or used within the past 2 years)

• Strong teamwork, communication and safety-first mindset
